Guaranteed roofing and contracting was a great business to work with. Anthony and Jake over saw the work on my home and they provided excellent customer service. They answered any questions I had about the work I needed done and they educated me on the functions of each part of the roof. I had 3 bids from different companies and their bid was the best by far. Their pricing was extremely fair and they were the only company to provide me with a bid that both fixed the problem, and gave me the option to take additional preventative measures separately. Either option was priced competitively! The bid was either cheaper because they were servicing only what I needed serviced or it was equal in price but included more labor. I will definitely be using them again when it is time to completely replace my home's roof. Current roof if 10+ years old and thanks to them I no longer have the water damages and leaks I had before.
